Know where to download free templates to make paper fans for a wedding?

A simple square-ish design that you would glue to small stick, and maybe print the wedding program on? If no website, maybe a craft store that carries a kit to do at home?

I don't think you need a template....just sketch out the shape you want on cardboard to make a stencil.

As a side note I would reccomend you go ahead and purchase some inexpensive fans from a company like Oriental Trading or have a print shop do them rather than try to make them yourself. In order to be effective they would need to be made out of heavyweight cardstock and more than just a popsicle stick as a handle. When you factor in the time and cost of materials it's really much more of a pain in the rear than it's worth.
