is this too fancy for my last day of school? 9th Grade?

its a pencil skirt that is about above my knees ( pretty short, but ill wear something underneath) with this loose forever 21 top with tiny cute beads on it, and its like a pale pink color. and to accessories it i want to wear this owl silver long necklace. with my black flats and straight hair. is this too fancy? ill be doing finals,plus i wanted to wear it on a minimum day...

i only wear lip gloss and this clear mascara and some aveeno face cream. thats about it lol

No I think that sounds good for the last day of school. Its the last day and you want people to have something to remember you by, so it's better.
